I'm in Love with Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas

I don't want to say much except that these are the BEST enchiladas ever. Kika made them. Found them on a blog. And this sounds worse than it really is because Kika is quite talented. But she did it after work. As we waited because we were all starving. And if Kika can do it after a hard day's work with 5 hungry mouths waiting, you can too. And you won't regret it.



As a side note I almost refused to eat anything for dinner last night because I was jonesing for more of the delicious best 'ono-est enchiladas in the world. Until Kika made nachos. Yum.
